Carnival Calabar Queen 2009

Yes people!

The highly anticipated Calabar Carnival is in full swing. But a very important aspect of the carnival is the Carnival Calabar Queen Pageant, that holds a week to Christmas. This year,it is slated to hold on the 19th of December, 2009.

The crowned Queen gets to walk away with a brand new car worth up to N4million, N2million cash and other goodies, including freebies from House of Tara.

Apart from the fanfare, the Queen would be playing a vital role in the fight for child abandonment through the MACA initiative- Mothers against child abandonment. This initiative was set up by Her Excellency, The Wife of the Governor, Obioma Ledal Liyel-Imoke to reduce drastically the alarming rate of abandoned babies in the state.

I intend to be there with my team of Makeup Artists. Its not about work alone. We plan to have so much fun.

See you there!

M.U.S.H.I.N Makeover!!!

On Saturday, history was made in Mushin, Lagos, Nigeria.

People turned out in their numbers, youths from all works of life coming out for one cause.

Mushin, a new look, the face lift of seven streets in Mushin.

Words cannot express how grateful i am at the turn out of Nigerians despite the weather (it rained cats and dogs).

Thanks everyone for your endless support to making history in Nigeria. I believe with this kind of attitude, we will and we can change Nigeria.
